Alivefulness™ is a powerful fundamental daily practice for reminding yourself who you are, and who you want to be, and activating that in the real world keep you focused, concentrating and acting on your optimal life track.
This approach believes that most people are over-reliant on their mental capacities and thoughts, and are not integrating enough the emotional and body aspects of their personal power. And so are not FULLY ALIVE.
